Twisted Ankles Breaking Bones
Wore my creepers out today but they are sooo small that I had to walk on the sides of my feet! We trekked all around town getting indian food from west end, visiting fallow in the valley and finally eating frozen yoghurts back in the city. No body's fault but my own, mind you...they are perrrrty *rolls eyes...
So getting them stretched tomorrow at the shoe store... I thought I could man up but twisting your ankles is pain!

This is the vintage Collette Dinnigan dress I got for a mere $10 at the valley markets the other week (probably a fakie or from way back). I contemplated altering it shorter but the maxi lace dress, empire waist line and lace sleeves are so sweet together, how could I hack it up? We basically spend what we make at each other's stalls we might as well start bartering...

Playsuit
found the coolest material; it's tweed but all badly dyed beautiful! This is a play suit I made from scratch for my best friend. Never made pants before and it was little scary but i think i pulled it off!

Turning the big ONE NINE today!
Started the day with receiving constant tele-love notes, then got taken out to breakfast at Anouk, Paddington. They have the best muddled drinks, highly recommended!
As we were sitting there after devouring delicious vine cherry tomato omelets, I thought my lovely best friend wanted to embarrass me by belting out HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUUU!!... My initial reaction was to stare at her, bewildered and attempt to cover her mouth...until i realized one of the waiters started singing too with the most handsome flour-less chocolate cake in his hands complete with raspberries, ice-cream and a sparkler!
As the week ends, I'm older, but feeling so ever the same is ready for an epic weekend!
(All good things happen on this day...not to mention - kate moss for topshop is launched today!)

Tie Dye Tights
I'm sure you all remember these babies!
All you need is:
black dye, white stockings and rubber bands.
You just crumple up sections and wrap it up randomly...it will look something like an unwanted growth.
Then dunk - make sure you dye it for a while if you want them to be dark!
