It got so hot today, summer just hit us in Brisbane quite unexpectedly (storms are on their way). I'm sooo ready to get my little dresses out and shed those layers! I don't know if anyone has this problem but I get headaches from wearing jackets...perhaps too many studs/layers, all that weight, yes I am a weakling...

5 things I am extremely excited about coming up:

1. Assist styling an epic shoot on Monday inspired my ancient oriental culture, think house of flying daggers involving thousands of dollars worth of ancient headdresses and imperial garments (more scared)
2. Attending friend's show Cotton Pony next Friday night
3. My best friend moving up to Brisbane during the week
4. Being in a Zombie film on Saturday
5. Seekae!

Wonderland

Henry Holland silk shirt, Zara leather dress, swan garters, vintage lace ups

Freshly dyed hair! Started using Stargazer semi permanent rinse (off ebay) which is like 98349234 times better okay. It's definitely brighter and shinier and comes in a squeeze tube (YEAHH), 1 bottle ended up being plenty for my lengths. Also bought a bunch of La Riche so I'll fill you in as I get through it all.

Been enjoying life too much post uni we're talking waffle dates, kareoke, diablo 3, making shapes on various d floors (not in moderation). It's been a long time coming and graduation is near need some kind of dress but might just scab something off my best fraaaan. Still lusting over Emma Mulholland, graduation backpack anyone?

I'm also really excited about sharing some pictures from a shoot this weekend I did with the AMAZING Amelia Dowd (who I have also worked with for Colony) for a super talented fashion student. It's all under wraps right now but I can tell you it involved asian supermarkets, burgers, gaming arcades, drool worthy tights, sugar, unicorns and swimwear. Super surprised with the things we got away with that day, didn't end up getting kicked out except for a group of creepy bums and rise of the drunks at the end of the night. Super 8

I tried hard to not make it look like I need to pee, instead frantic manic. I like photo booth effects despite its short comings but you can picture it sufficiently in your head...right?

But excitement as I was sent a few pairs of House of Holland tights (big fan) from Lingerieplease! Choice chain (pimped out glittery gold) suspender tights and bandana tights, perfect timing as I have minimal shifts at work and about to get back into uni.

Make me happy tell me I look like I'm dancing, not busting and check out new Memory Tapes.
