Robin's Wolf

Did you ever play The Path? It's a a psychological horror game developed by independent game company Tale of Tales back in 2009. It freaked me out back then, I never finished it. The graphics, environment and characters are so intriguing I am tempted to go back and play, 4 years later hopefully I have grown a pair...

The Path is based on little red riding hood, it's a very short, slow paced game as you only ever guide the characters and when you want them to interact with objects or people, they do so on their own accord when you move near it and wait. It's an immersive game that sucks you, lacking-in-your face weapons and crude blood and gore, but rather its use of subtle, suggestive images that trigger dark themes within your own psyche, creating a personal nightmare. The soundtrack is bone chilling and your progress is deemed a success as you encounter different wolves and never return home to your sisters. All the endings are different depending on your character, wolf and objects you collect and encounter. Despite being the more traditional one, Robin was one of my 'favorites' to play...I tried not to kill any of them! :(

Good game though, if you're into Amnesia, Limbo and stuff this is a good short cheap game that won't completely consume your life if you get addicted to things like this easily. Need to be a patient cookie though!

Be sure to let me know if you find any gems, please?

X RAY VISION

I always manage to own people in Marvel vs. Capcom, probably because I button mash pretty good and I manage to throw in a few impressive specials along the way. It's pretty much my second favorite to Tekken, meaning I could play it forever (or just a really looooong time) BUT it's still way cooler that you're a kick ass super hero 80% of the time or a badass villian. So guys, when will a horror villian on villian game come out. Can you imagine pinhead (hellraiser)/chucky/xenomorph vs. freddy kruger/leatherface/michael myers!!?? JIZZ.

Sorry for the rant and for putting up with the backwards superhero sound effects here! I ain't a super hero so I can afford to be lazy right? Speaking of which, Lazy Oaf (these guys aren't lazy) has been hot on my radar lately, has me at their batman collection! Now that my hair is darker after a bleach and dye home job with the help of a friend (update soon), a little more colour is called for.

Halloween is coming up, HOORAH what are your plans, who are you dressing up as? I'd love to run with the superhero theme if you got any suggestions (preferably with purple hair) that would be sweet!

The Breech

So one of my best friends got back from London and all we've been doing today is dying my hair (guess what colour), playing Borderlands 2 (blam! blam!), Left for Dead 2 (more guns yeah) and eating delicious food. For the record, for me, guns aren't sexy but I'd love to shoot one at a range some day, it would be WILD don't you think? But it would scare me to ever actually own one.

We only left the house to attend Lost Movements; a live painting and live performance/music event at Coniston Lane! The place was painted black, artists were painting walls, naked girls (live body painting) or spray painting some massive canvases all the while sinking a few beers some local electronic sound artists. It's overwhelming how much goes on in Brisbane these days...

PS. Also been doing my own bloody drip nails recently, no complicated tools required SO easy, perhaps I'll make a video post of how I do it?
