I'm back from my Euro trip (fresh off the plane)! It went way too quickly and now I'm sitting here where I started, on my latptop, in Hong Kong. It feels like it never even happened yet the past two weeks seems like months have gone.

Anyways, here's part two of my Tokyo diary: top 10.

1. The walk to MOT

2. Hanging out with John Felix Arnold III at Spes-Lab, Meguro

3. Roller Disco for our friend, Dave's birthday!

4. Frequent pre drinks at Izakaya/ending plenty of night there too

5. Friends DJ'ing at Trump

6. Sunday Drinks at Yoyogi Park

7. Day in Yokohama, yum cha buffet in China town and riding the vanishing coaster, more like a death coaster (so old it could fall apart at any moment).

8. Masquerade party at the pong, late night snacks at family mart!

9. Carpark drinks, Brisbane style

10. How midgety everyone looks in the Imperial Gardens/Hibiya

DIY: Kawaii Clear Clutch

Remember collecting stickers (from morning glory, those of you who live in Brisbane) and having them all in a sticker book you can show off? Once again, you can revisit your childhood with this super easy DIY! Duh, I know everyone of you out there are more than capable of running wild with a bunch of stickers and a clear bag of your choice. But to save you from a few oh shit, shouldn't have done that moments, here are a few handy tips!

I got my bag off etsy; they have all sorts of styles and sizes! Stickers are from anywhere from markets to department stores and stationary shops.

First off, clean your bag/surface you wish you stick the crap out of! Nothing worse than getting fluff or hair caught under your stickers and you end up having trailing strands of hair (unless that's what you want) or snapped off bits sticking out all over the place.

Collect all the stickers you want to have on your bag BEFORE you start sticking things down. I had to peel ones off to make room for the new cool 3D ones I ended up getting.

If you want some kind of symmetry for a more organised look then use a measuring tape/ruler to decide where the center of your bag is (if you have a feature sticker) or to help you divide your working space into quarters.

Home stretch! Like Purikura, the more the better, fill out every gap for that overkill kawaii look...

And you're done. Fill that up! Click here for a super cute tutorial by The Milk Club on how to style a clear bag!

On the weekend, Generation Wuss, a multi - arts exhibition all about our fast moving web-based generation opened in Brighton! You can read more about the exhibition here or go here to find out more about the artists and works! Instead of marketing and choosing artists for the Spool Collective side of thing this time, I got to make a GIF for the show!

My concept was about my process of creating blog posts; which comes from boredom and a need to feel productive with an information overloaded headspace. It's also about the irony of creating links between things totally unrelated (no matter how far-fetched or weak) and the intrigue of the domestic setting. Or  I really just decided to put images together and screen shot it with no idea of direction or what I wanted to do then SAID I knew what I wanted to do. I feel like that's what people, and some we regard as geniuses, do? But none of that really matters because I think it's more worthwhile if everyone was just open-minded and revel in the splendour we all create, be proud, just experience and not analyse everything so much. I mean, so much stuff is out there who are we to judge, if you don't like it close it, being a hater is a waste of everyone's time.

Anyways, back to shopping + shiz! I wish I had more chances to blog right now, I have some cute new stuff to showsies! HK is sweltering though, and got me eating my heart out every second of the day..so I have been a busy (lazy) girl ;p.

In the meantime; that Generation Wuss gif also includes a few awesome items I acquired during my Tokyo adventures including versace jeans from dog,  white leopard sport and roses vintage skirt from kinji (best thing about japanese vintage is that everything fits me like a damn glove), vintage puma shirt revamp dress from kaka vaka, vintage versace dress for 30 bucks and joy rich (one of my weaknesses) trousers!

PS. This DJ Koze song makes me want to have a baby or go to india (something significant and beautiful) and makes me regret EVERY SECOND of my existence  not going to see him when he was in Tokyo! If it doesn't do that much for you, probably need some better headphones.

Here's part one of my Japanese adventures through my favourite camera, the Olympus Stylus. A friend introduced me to it and it was serious ebay bidding until I had one on my arms. To start, us dressing up at our favourite bar, Takenotsuka, in Shibuya!

✌ More after the break!

Finally I have arrived in Tokyo! I've already been here for a week and it seems like I have chosen the wrong city to train myself to utilize self control and discipline. However, I am well aware that if I can do it here, I can do it anywhere. But we won't worry about that for now!

So far I have been out at Vision Sound Museum, seen Brodinski and Panteros666 (even the tips of the hair on the end of my arms could feel the bass, really seems they have no noise restrictions or public safety laws :D), we stayed out until we couldn't couldn't hear anymore (and until we discovered it's 6am) and attended a party at Saturdays Surf where Curtis Kulig did a live collaboration. I've also seen the beautiful Sakura, turned 23, spent quality with my best friend who I am finally reunited with and, of course, did way too much shopping.

If you have any suggestions about place to visit/things to do in Tokyo, hit me up, I'll update soon with more piccys and our cute tatami apartment!
